With a Degree in Appraisal, Craig was a Valuer in New Zealand prior to having an appraisal company in Calabasas, California from 1987 until moving to the Valley in 1994. Since that time, Craig has held an active Associate Broker credential and was the original owner of the REMAX at The Village office in Cave Creek.
Since 2000, Craig has closed over 382 sales with over $188 million in volume, spanning all sectors of the real estate industry including new homes, resale homes, and even multifamily/investment.
One of the most important elements a client should be concerned with is the ability of their Real Estate Professional to accurately analyze the value of a property and identify value add opportunities to maximize selling price and/or profitability. Craig’s years of appraisal experience in both the residential and multifamily disciplines afford him the tools to provide a credible and thorough assessment of value to maximize seller return, prepare comparable analysis reports for the appraiser community in order to keep a deal on track, and create comprehensive feasibility studies for our Developer clients.

As a key member of the Young|Ottosen New Home Sales Team, Adam is on the front line for our Developer Clients and assists with all facets of the purchase from contract to closing.
With over 10 years in the Sales and Customer Service sectors, Adam specializes providing both Buyers and Sellers with a personal, proactive experience. Adam innately identifies specific motivations and provides an exemplary experience from beginning to end, all while keeping focus on the big picture.
